Each master, having some kind of power tool in his home arsenal, sooner or later thinks about expanding its capabilities. I want to save money and get some kind of function without purchasing another “device”.

I bring to your attention one of these nozzles for a drill.

To make a nozzle, we need:

1. Bolt and nut M10 60 - 70mm long.

2. Two bushing washers.

3. Whetstone.

In this design, the most difficult part is the bushing washers. In my design, they were made of aluminum. You may find it easier to find steel ones. They had to be turned on a lathe. The outer diameter of the sleeve is 20mm (according to the stone used).

The inner diameter of the sleeve is 10.4 mm. The outer diameter of the washer is 40mm.

If there is no lathe, you can search separately for a washer, separately for a sleeve.

We fix the nozzle in the drill chuck and sharpen drills, knives, chisels.
